Have you ever wondered whether you have an alter ego?
Alter ego: “A person’s secondary or alternative personality”, according to the Oxford English Dictionary. Or, according to one of my preferred definitions within the Urban Dictionary: “Someone created by your imagination and speaks for you”.

Well, Lucuma is my alter ego, my alternative personality, the more artistic part of myself. She is more adventurous, confident, and funnier than my other me (Ana/Ani/Anis) and tends to speak for myself (well, for all of us).

Some years ago I was Lucuma Volatil, because… I was volatile. I now feel I have transitioned to a kind of Nordic Lucuma after realizing how much this culture has permeated my life and touched my identity. But also, in the last months, I have allowed myself to experiment and get in contact with interests I have delegated for a long time.

On this site, you will find a melange of my interests and passions, texts about my creative journey, my little steps into design, collages, and zines, and my adventures discovering the Nordic countries. Briefly, all those projects that are now beginning to bloom!
